A 10 sleeper Self Catering Unit. Spanning 3 levels, the 1st level offers a covered carpark under the building with a full separate store room. The 2nd level has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The top level nestled in the dune canopy has a fully equipped kitchen with electric and gas stoves, 2 fridges and a chest freezer. In addition there is a full living area with indoor dinning and lounge with 2 additional single beds. With the double bunks in the second bedroom. This units sleeps a maximum of 10 persons. Off the top floor living area is a wrap around open deck with alfresco dining table and braai area on one side. This unit is special in that it has a 360° view with its location on the highest dune, there are limited sea views because of the forest canopy but spectacular sunset views over the Coastal Forest. All linen and bath towels supplied, including cleaning materials and toilet paper. This unit is fully serviced daily by a full time maid.
Staff Tips There is a compulsory daily staff tip at R100 per day per staff member (1) for the houses. R50 per day per staff member (1) for the Dune Chalets and camping. Tipping other staff members on the estate such as security and maintenance is not mandatory but up to your own discretion. Please ensure you have enough cash on you to pay on your departure day. The staff make beds, sweep, mop, wash dishes, clean bathrooms etc. They leave at 14h30. Clients can discuss earlier departure times with staff.
