This is a beautiful and modern two bedroom cottage which has been tastefully furnished. The living areas are open plan with lovely double volume ceilings. The lounge leads out to a patio deck area where an afternoon barbeque can be enjoyed, relaxing on the sofa while admiring the outdoor surroundings. The kitchenette is well equipped and has a gas stove and flows into the dining area which leads out to a courtyard. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 each have a double bed, ceiling fan and sliding door which opens out to a deck area with sun loungers. There is one bathroom with a shower. The cottage is situated at Rhone Hill Polo Club, just a short drive from Plett central. It is equipped with Wifi and backup power and has the following facilities available on site: Padel court - additional cost Gym -no additional cost for use Polo matches - no additional spectator costs 24 hour security Please note: There is a refundable breakage deposit of R3000. Property is serviced daily. No laundry service provided however tenants can make use of Central Laundry, behind BUCO – for tenants own account.
