This house has an upper and lower level. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with full en suite bathroom. This room can easily be split into twin room if necessary. The second bedroom has two double bunk beds and full en suite bathroom. This room has views of the Valley and Golf course. On the upper level you will find the main bedroom with large queen size bed and full en suite bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Double door fridge and freezer, centre island with 6 stools, 4 plate hob and oven, 4 sliced toaster, blender, microwave, kettle, slow cooker, hand mixer, mortle and pestle. The TV lounge has 2 x 2 seating sleeping couch and 2 x single wingback chairs. The lounge has a gas fireplace with flat screen TV and DSTV. Leads out to large corner balcony north facing with 12 seater dining table.Downstairs has direct access into the double garage. There is off street parking for 4 cars. Under floor heating throughout the house. This house has a build in braai as well as a weber braai. Beach towels, bath towels and all linen are provided. Maid service extra optional. Available on request for weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. Hours: 08h30 to 15h30. If there are more than 6 guests an additional staff member will be arranged at an additional cost. Please provide staff with meals when they are on duty. Duties: washing and cleaning only. Linen change once a week. No Pets allowed. No Smoking inside the house.
