This house is situated in Ponta Do Ouro on the same ridge that Cafe Del Mar is situated on but on the opposite side of the road to Cafe Del Mar, so the Upstairs House has a sea view but the Downstairs House does not. It is 1,5kms from the beach. Its an old house which has been modernized with a beautiful kitchen and marble tops and tiled bathrooms. This house consists of an upstairs and downstairs section, they can be rented separately.  UPSTAIRS HOUSEThe upstairs house has 3 bedrooms and can sleep 7 people.  2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has a double and 1 single bed.  There is no air conditioning but there are fans.  Large patio with braai area and outdoor furniture, small garden, walled and secure parking.GROUND FLOOR HOUSEThe ground floor house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 9 people.  3 of the bedrooms have double beds and en suite bathrooms, the fourth bedroom has a double bed and 1 single bed with a separate bathroom.  There is no air conditioning but the house has fans.  There is a large patio with a braai area and outdoor furniture, small garden, walled and secure parking.
