DE HOOP VICTORIAN HOUSE:This double storey, newly revamped, Victorian house is situated in the heart of tranquil Greyton.  The house has a large garden with rolling lawns where kids can run and play, as well as breathtaking views of the mountains.The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 people.Downstairs is a large lounge with doors that open up onto the front garden as well as the back garden.  There is a wood fireplace in this lounge, no TV.  The very large kitchen is beautifully decorated and is fully equipped for self-catering.  There is a large 10-seater table in the kitchen.  The kitchen has large doors that open up onto the back verandah where there is a wood braai and table and benches.  The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, 4 slice toaster, 1 large standing fridge and 1 large standing fridge/freezer.  There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in an outside room (separate to the house), you need to bring your own washing powder.  There is an iron and ironing board.Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 has an extra length king size bed, built in cupboards and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with an antique loose standing cupboard and en-suite bathroom that has a shower, toilet and basin.There is 1 bedroom that has its own separate outside entrance from the outside of the house.  This bedroom has 1 queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.Upstairs is a lounge with a flat screen TV and Premium DSTV Package, no need to bring your smart card along.  There are 2 bedrooms upstairs.  Bedroom 1 has 1 extra length, king size bed, built in cupboards, walk in dressing cupboard and en suite bathroom with a bath, his and hers shower, his and her basin and heated towel rail.  Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and built in cupboards.All linen is provided, towels, 1 bath soap per bathroom, as well as a ?braai? grid with special cleaning instructions.   Please bring your own food, drinks, washing power, wood, matches and firelighters.This house is serviced before you arrive and after your departure.  If you want it to be serviced during your stay then please enquire for the cost.Check-in time : 14h00Check-out time : 10h00
