This is a great large family house which has 5 bedrooms. The main bedroom has spectacular sea views and is air-conditioned. Upstairs there is a TV room with sleeper couches, a guest toilet, a bedroom with twin beds, and the main bedroom. Downstairs has an open plan kitchen with a lounge and dining area and indoor braai. Separate shower, bathroom, and toilet. The first bedroom has twin beds/king size with doors opening onto the patio. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with doors opening onto the patio. The third bedroom has a single bed with en-suite shower and toilet. Large double garage.
Breakage deposit: A R650 breakage deposit will be required upfront for all houses and will be refunded within 7 working days after the house has been checked and all is found in working order. DSTV: Should you wish for the DSTV to be switched on, an additional charge of R25 per day applies. Not all units have DSTV, please enquire before you make payment.
