The Refundable Breakage Deposit needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date. STAFF TIP Belinha is the housekeeper and Americo is the gardener/handyman they will take care of you during your stay. Compulsory staff tip of R100 per day for each of them, this includes the day of your arrival and day of departure EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R800.00 from your refundable breakage deposit.
