This house is situated on a private beach housing estate in Ponta Mamoli.  The houses are set far apart and are private.  This specific house is one of the houses closest to the beach.  There is an awesome snorkling spot infront of this estate, so ensure you take your snorkling gear with you!The house has 6 bedrooms.  There are 2 sea facing bedrooms and 2 flatlets in the front and 2 bedrooms at the back of the house.  The 4 rooms in the front all have sea views, each of these bedrooms have 1 queen size bed per room and all 4 these rooms are air conditioned.  The 2 rooms at the back of the house have forest views, and each of these rooms have 2 single beds per room, both these rooms have ceiling and standing fans, no air conditioning.  The 2 flatlets in the front of the house each have an en suite bathroom with a shower and the 4 bedrooms in the house have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.  The one bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a shower and bath.  All linen is provided.  You must bring your own beach and bath towels with.The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes an ice machine, water filter, washing machine, microwave.  There is a housekeeper that comes in daily to clean, she does not cook.  All cleaning materials, toilet paper and refuse bags are provided.There is a weber braai as well as a built in braai.  You can buy wood in the local village.This house does not have a swimming pool and no TV.
