Situated on a sought-after housing estate in Ponta Mamoli in Southern Mozambique. This home is in the beachfront row of houses and has a walkway leading from the swimming pool down onto the beach. The famous Fredericos snorkeling spot is situated a mere 5-minute walk down the beach from this house. This house boasts 4 spacious en suite bedrooms, of which two are sea facing and two are garden facing. The entire house has sliding gauze. Comfortably sleeping 8 adults and 4 kids under 12. The bedroom configuration is as per below: Bedroom 1 – sea facing – 1 king bed – sleeps 2. This bedroom has an inside en suite bathroom as well as an en suite outside shower for those hot days Bedroom 2 – sea facing – 1 king bed – sleeps 2. This bedroom also has both an inside en suite bathroom as well as an outside en suite shower. Bedroom 3 – 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed – sleeps 4 Bedroom 4 – 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed – sleeps 4 All bedrooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Lock up safes in each room. Complimentary Starlink WIFI available, ask the staff for the password. The open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, and inside bar area overlook the swimming pool and ocean and open onto an outside lounging area. The wooden deck stretches out towards the sunken swimming pool and private beach walkway. The house is fully equipped for self-catering and has staff daily to clean up. The kitchen is equipped with 2 drink fridges, 2 double door fridges/freezers, 1 chest freezer, a washing machine, and a gas hob and oven as well as a toaster, microwave, snackwich maker, and a tumble dryer. The outside has a Weber braai and a stainless steel wood/charcoal braai. The staff can set up a gazebo and camping chairs on the beach for you There is a registered launch site for boats on the estate. Fishing licenses are obtained at Ponta D Ouro . The beach is also in close proximity / we are centrally positioned to the main reef which is child-friendly at low tide

Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision. LAUNDRY Macici will do laundry if required at a cost of R120 per load. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.
