An additional standard bunk bed in the lounge sleeps two guests. The bunk beds can be used by children or adults; however, guests should be aware that they are situated in the lounge and therefore offer no privacy. VEHICLE ACCESS A normal vehicle is not suitable for accessing Sunset Villa. A 4x4 is not compulsory; however, guests require a 2x4 vehicle with differential lock or a 4x4. BEACH ACCESS The beach is approximately 200 metres from the property as the crow flies. Due to the route to the beach, the walk takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Staff are available to assist guests with carrying beach equipment to and from the beach. Guests can alternatively drive closer to the beach and park at the top of the stairs leading down to the beach. PRIVATE & SHARED AREAS Guests booking Anything Can Happen have exclusive use of the unit’s bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, bar area, private swimming pool, wooden entertainment deck and wood braai. Other Sunset Villa units may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The elevated Top of the World deck overlooks the Anything Can Happen deck and swimming pool. Guests using these two outdoor areas will therefore be visible to one another. The fire pit situated outside Anything Can Happen is a communal area and may also be used by guests staying in the other Sunset Villa units. The property’s parking area is shared between guests staying in the different Sunset Villa units. SWIMMING POOL The private swimming pool has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Children must be supervised around the swimming pool at all times. HOUSEKEEPING & STAFF TIPS The unit is serviced daily. A compulsory staff tip of R70 per day is payable to the housekeeper, plus R30 per day for Joao, who assists with maintenance, swimming pools and cleaning the braais. The total compulsory staff tip is therefore R100 per day. This includes the days of arrival and departure. Where late check-out is approved, a fee of R1,500 will be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit. Late check-out is no later than 15:00.
