Things to improve:
No water for short period was an issue but it was sorted out quickly
No warm water for two days in two units was an issue. One of our friends had a spare thermostat and he needed to tell the person in charge how and what to do that sorted out the problem.
The house was incredible. The photos do not do it justice. Incredible views from every room, privacy for anyone wanting to escape the group for a bit. Wonderful staff members willing to assist with anything we required during our stay. We are already looking at dates to book again next year!
Consultant Review:
Lize was very helpful, answering hundreds of questions for us ahead of our trip. Booking experience was smooth and easy.
Things to improve:
No suggested improvements, our stay really was exceptional!
Electricity is a major issue which was off more than it was on, this also results in no water as the pumps require power to work and fridge loses its cold resulting in lost food
Should consider an inverter for pumps and fridges or some other power backup as it became very frustrating
otherwise great location and beautiful accommodation
Consultant Review:
Consultants were efficient and helpful
Things to improve:
as per above, power backups are essential
