This privately owned four bedroom house is situated on Campismo Ninho Estate, which is a private housing estate in Ponta Malongane. The house can sleep a total of 10 people. Of the four bedrooms, two are en-suite and two bedrooms share one bathroom. Both the en-suite bathrooms have showers and the bathroom shared by two bedrooms has a bath and a shower. The two en-suite bedrooms have double beds and the other two bedrooms have two single beds that can be pushed together or kept apart. There are two single mattresses that can be put in the living area for two kids. All linen is supplied. Bath towels are also provided, please bring your own beach towels. There are enough beds and linen for 10 people. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, no ceiling fans. The open plan kitchen and living area are fully equipped for self-catering. There is a chest freezer and stand up fridge, electric stove and all the kitchen equipment required for self catering. No TV or DSTV, just the sounds of the ocean. The estate has a communal pool, the pool is only a few metres infront of the house. The house has fold open glass doors that open up onto a large wooden deck overlooking the ocean. There is a gas braai on the outside deck.
The communal swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. STAFF TIP The house has a full-time housekeeper, there is a compulsory daily 'tip' of 300 mts for the housekeeper, you can pay this in cash on your day of departure. The tip includes your day of arrival and departure. We absolutely loved the house. It had all we needed & well located.
Lovely holiday home and excellent value for money. The rooms are all very spacious and the 3 bathrooms is a major plus. Great use of space, lovely open plan kitchen and outdoor balcony area - great for a group. Also nice and central, a few km's before Ponta Malongane. Chalet was also cleaned by a lovely lady. But don't forget to take your own toilet paper.
