Around a 3 minute walk from the house and you are on the beach.This is a double story house. The house has 4 bedrooms of which 3 are en-suite. The house sleeps 11 people. Each bedroom is very comfortably furnished with mosquito nets, air conditioners and linen is supplied.Downstairs consists of the kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom is en suite. The en suite bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower and basin.There is an extra en suite bedroom at the back of the house. You exit the house to enter this back bedroom. This room has 1 double bed with an en suite bathroom that consists of a shower, toilet and basin.The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and has a gas stove and sufficient crockery, cutlery and glassware for your needs. In addition there is a 350l larder fridge and a 250l chest freezer in the living room.Upstairs is the main en suite bedroom as well as the covered outdoor entertainment area with a built in braai and bar area. The main bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and the en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.There is a digital safe to secure mobile phones, cash, jewelry and passports etc.There is parking with enough space for boats, jet-ski?s or quad bikes.Our helpful domestic, comes in daily to clean and tidy. Her duties include, cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, gardening and helping you as much as possible.
